Welcome to the Lifestyle Personal Performance Programs!


Lifestyle Personal Performance Programs are programs that will change your life. You will enter the program a novice, out of shape and possibly in pain. You will complete the program with pride and motivation to continue through the next challenge.

There are currently four Lifestyle Personal Performance Programs available.



Each lifestyle Personal Performance Program (Module) is set up on a standardized format. The format always consists of:



  1. A 26- week program
     

  2. One small group meeting minimum of 6 people
     

  3. Each class is 60 minutes long
     

  4. The class is broken into 3 parts
    20 min. education, 20 min. activity and 20 min. wrap up

Back Points

This program is for anyone who has ever experienced back pain and would like to find some relief. Once a physicians release is obtained, this 26 week program will begin to improve posture, strengthen the back and core muscles, and discover comfortable ways to sleep, sit, and exercise! This program will also cover how to relieve back pain, once it strikes.

Be Fit

For the new club member who would like an extended introduction to equipment, exercises, and programs as well as some added personal attention to workouts. This program also adds accountability and fun! You will stay on track this time.

Be Lean

This is a weight loss program that delivers results! Your weekly sessions will cover not only what you are eating, but why. By getting to the root of the problem, and coming up with some life strategies for change, your weight loss can be permanent. The program takes into consideration the 20 favorite foods of each person and shows them how they can keep them in their own personal meal plan.

Walk About

This fun program takes your afternoon walk and turns it into a whole lot of fun. Participants will learn technique, form, fun workouts, healthy eating habits, even strength training and walking alternatives.
