Personalized Programming: A program is designed for you based on your needs, health information, goals, time available, fitness level and experience. Correct technique and utilization of equipment ensured.
Supervised Exercise: Your trainer is there to respond to questions, problems and successes that arise during your private session. Your trainer ensures that you use your time most efficiently.
